In addition to changing the pace, our diet also changes. We put our foot in the jackfruit, right ?! That birthday, a beer, a pizza, a snack … eat calorie foods that are definitely not conducive to your weight loss.
So, if you eat alone and do not spend through exercise, you will accumulate body fat, that is, you will gain weight. Because there is no calorie deficit, but a calorie surplus.
Planning is the key to finding balance on the weekend
Accounting for these escapades gives you control and you can really see where you are going wrong. They are 2 to 3 days a week and 12 times a month, if you don’t miss the other days. A planner or calendar works well in these cases.
By moving you balance this account, managing to maintain the weight of the week and even lose weight. What do I usually recommend to my students on weekends? Outdoor, recreational activities, as if it were a hobby.
For this you have to find out what you like to do: ride a bike, run, swim, dance… I confess that I am a fan of street racing, I love running in my neighborhood, without rushing to finish. But I just found out I liked to try. I haven’t even run 1km, now I can do 10km.
Organize it so that it is a light activity, that you do with pleasure, rest and enjoy. The world won’t stop for you to lose weight, you have to adapt and find what makes you feel good.
