  • 1.3 kg of squeezed jabuticabas
  • 1 kg of sugar

Method of preparation:

In a pan, place the squeezed jabuticabas over low heat, stirring occasionally, until boiling. Drain and pass them with a fine cloth. Discard the pomace and return the broth to the pan. Add the sugar and mix until completely dissolved.
