The American chef proposes a lunch for two at La Braciera

Chef Pasquale Cozzolino, 3rd in the North American 50 Top Pizza ranking and 11th in the world, arrives in Brazil on January 17 to celebrate World Pizzaiolo Day.

La Braciera pizzeria welcomes the Neapolitan to prepare a six-step lunch with wine pairing at the Jardins unit. The menu, served at 1pm, costs R$195 or R$250 with pairing.

In addition to dinner, the Neapolitan chef offers a masterclass on the preparation of authentic Neapolitan pizza for fans of the dish. The workshop costs R$199. Both the lunch and the masterclass can be purchased via Whatsapp (11) 94114-1120.

Gastronomic experience

carbonara pizza

It has fior di latte, egg, bacon, pecorino romano and black pepper.

Panzerotta

Panzerotta pizza resembles a traditional snack called “panzerotti,” which has Parmesan fondue, fior di latte mozzarella, sausage, and potato croquettes.

Speck

Simple, the Speck pizza has only Parma ham, zucchini and fior di latte mozzarella.

Calzone

The dinner special calzone has basil, tomatoes, mozzarella, salami or cooked ham, and Parmesan.

Purple potato and sausage

Cream of purple potatoes, provolone or fior di latte mozzarella and sausage are enough.
