Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of peeled red guavas
  • 1 1/4 cups (tea) sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of water

Method of preparation:

  1. First, peel the guavas and remove the seeds
  2. Then cut the fruit into small pieces.
  3. Put the pulp in the blender with the water and the lemon juice.
  4. Mix until you get a smooth compound
  5. Then, put the cream in a saucepan with the sugar and cook over low heat until it resembles jelly. The process should take about 20 minutes, until the bottom of the pan is visible.
