Gourmet ice cream to sell or refresh

Gourmet ice cream ingredients:
- 400 g of chopped milk chocolate
Pacoca filling:
- ½ can of condensed milk
- 350ml of milk
- 4 cork paçocas
Stuffed sensation:
- ½ can of condensed milk
- 350ml of milk
- 4 tablespoons of nesquik
Prestige:
- ½ can of condensed milk
- 300ml of milk
- 150ml of coconut milk
- 50 g of finely grated coconut
Powdered milk filling:
- 350ml of milk
- 2 tablespoons of powdered milk
Method of preparation:
- For the chocolate cone, melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave and place it in a disposable pastry bag.
- Next, cut off the tip and put about 1 tablespoon of the chocolate into the bag and carefully roll it out along its length, taking care to leave room to close.
- For the fillings, beat each of them in the blender and fill the bags with chocolate.
- Close by making a small knot or with a thin rubber band of different colors to differentiate the flavour.
- Finally put it in the freezer for 12 hours.
