Gourmet ice cream ingredients:

  • 400 g of chopped milk chocolate

Pacoca filling:

  • ½ can of condensed milk
  • 350ml of milk
  • 4 cork paçocas

Stuffed sensation:

  • ½ can of condensed milk
  • 350ml of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of nesquik

Prestige:

  • ½ can of condensed milk
  • 300ml of milk
  • 150ml of coconut milk
  • 50 g of finely grated coconut

Powdered milk filling:

  • 350ml of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered milk

Method of preparation:

  1. For the chocolate cone, melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave and place it in a disposable pastry bag.
  2. Next, cut off the tip and put about 1 tablespoon of the chocolate into the bag and carefully roll it out along its length, taking care to leave room to close.
  3. For the fillings, beat each of them in the blender and fill the bags with chocolate.
  4. Close by making a small knot or with a thin rubber band of different colors to differentiate the flavour.
  5. Finally put it in the freezer for 12 hours.
  6. Ok, now enough serving!
