Former Love Island star Molly Smith has revealed her intense fitness and diet regime after arriving in Mallorca with Tom Clare for their second wedding.
The 32-year-old influencer looked shredded as she posed in a tiny blue bikini alongside Tom, 26, on the Spanish island this week ahead of their upcoming nuptials.
The star gave an insight into how she got into such excellent shape, sharing details of her workout habits and nutritional focus as she prepares for the biggest day of her life.

Bridal Fitness and Exercise Routine
Detailing her routine to Heat Magazine, Molly shared that her fitness plan is by no means designed for beginners. She trains four or five times a week, prioritizing a mix of strength training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and running.
She recently completed a "Barry's Hell Week", which consists of seven consecutive days of straight HIIT workouts. Her specific fitness goals include growing her glutes and working towards hitting a new 5km personal best.
Even while travelling, Molly makes time to exercise. She packs a set of resistance bands and trainers so she can complete quick workouts in her hotel room.

To support her recovery, Molly prioritizes her sleep and uses an Oura ring to track her sleep, recovery and menstrual cycle. Tracking these metrics allows her to adjust her workouts around how she is feeling on any given day.
Molly takes OxyShred as a supplement, explaining that she feels the metabolism and energy boost helps her training. However, she emphasized that she is more focused on the mental benefits of exercise than the physical results.
"The physical aspect is always a bonus but, for me, it's more about stress relief," she explained. "I always feel lighter after a workout, like I've brain-dumped everything."

Fitness is also a joint activity for the couple, who spend a lot of time working out together. Molly noted that there is a competitive element during their joint sessions.
"There's definitely healthy competition between us, too," she said. "He'd never admit it, but there have been times when I know he's tried to beat me in burpees."
Victoria Beckham Diet and Skincare Routine
In terms of her nutrition, Molly ensures all her meals are centered around protein. Her morning starts with a black coffee and honey. For breakfast, she usually eats eggs, chicken sausages and a protein bagel thin.

For lunch, she consumes a chicken wrap followed by a protein shake. When she is on the go, she carries protein flapjacks and teabags in her bag.
For dinner, Molly takes inspiration from Victoria Beckham's famous diet plan, eating either chicken or fish with vegetables. Victoria, 52, is known for eating only fish and vegetables for dinner to maintain her figure.
Hydration is another key component of Molly's bridal preparation. "I really think it helps your skin and I want to be a glowy bride," she shared.

For self-care, Molly does a weekly skincare routine using Medicube products with the Age-R Booster Pro device to keep her skin in top condition.
Spanish Clifftop Venue and Wedding Stress
The couple are understood to have chosen Son Marroig, a stunning clifftop 17th-century marble temple, for their Spanish nuptials. According to a report in The Sun, the venue costs around £10,000.
Earlier this month, Molly and Tom admitted to the Daily Mail that the stress of their upcoming wedding had begun to set in while dealing with last-minute preparations and invoices.

"It's got to the stressful part, just because we're weeks out and only because it's invoices being sent and all the last bits that you start to panic about and then you start getting people asking you questions, like texting you," Molly said. "So then it starts to get a little bit stressful in that sense. So I have had a little wobble."
Tom added: "We just want it all to be perfect, but like you said, there's just like little bits, people asking silly questions. It's not too bad, but just because we want it to go so well and we've put time and effort into it. I think we're just about there. You've had a few little meltdowns."
Molly noted that Tom copes with stress through house cleaning. "Tom's so chilled," she said. "Normally you're super, super chilled, but Tom stress cleans, so I know when you're stressed because you'll go upstairs and start hoovering or something like that!"
Raucous Legal Wedding and Ceremony Dress
Luckily, the pair are in good stead for the main event, having described their first legal wedding at Stockport Town Hall in Manchester last month as a really special and intimate occasion.
While they spoke openly about the planning process with followers, they kept specific details of their UK-based day under wraps prior to tying the knot.
After completing their legal ceremony, Molly and Tom headed to The Ivy in Manchester for a celebratory dinner with close friends and family in a private room. However, the calm event turned raucous as the evening progressed.
"It started like so calm and classic," Molly said. "And then by the end of it, Casey was in a heap on the floor. We were on the tables dancing. Everyone just went to the Ivy and we just had a private room."
Tom added: "As soon as the door shut, everyone just seemed to go mental!" Best man Casey O'Gorman ended up in a heap on the floor as guests danced on tables.
Reflecting on her outfit choice for the legal ceremony, Molly revealed she did not have a clear vision before shopping. "I didn't really have a dress in mind for the legal," she said. "I didn't have... any kind of inspiration. I looked a little bit on Pinterest and I knew I wanted a little pillar box hat."
"But apart from that, I had no idea what I wanted to wear for the legal. And then I just found that dress and was like, 'oh, simple, it's cute, it's different from the wedding dress.'"
She added: "And I thought, I'll just go for that. But I wasn't too fussed to be honest, because I knew it was just going to be super intimate. So yeah, but I did end up really loving the whole little look."
