How was the game

Despite the 0-0 draw in the first half, there were plenty of opportunities for both teams. The Israeli team, which tried to control possession and break through the opposition defense, had great chances to score. By the way, the best chances on the left side, with Hamza Shibli. However, the Uruguayans, who capitalized on counter-attack moves, were closer to opening the scoring. Highlight for Anderson Duarte, one of Uruguay’s great players in the tournament, who had a great performance in the first half.

Uruguay returned from the break putting pressure on Israel. Thus, after just five minutes, Duarte, in an individual gesture, knocked out a defender and kicked goalkeeper Tomer Tzarfati’s crossbar. And the pressure from the heavenly team didn’t stop there. After all, 15′ into the second half, the South American team opened the scoring with him, Anderson Duarte. The number seven took advantage of a rebound after Alan Matturro kicked on the post. Behind in the table, Israel has lost performance and was unable to recover after Duarte’s goal.
