Who is ‘the greatest living filmmaker in the world’, according to Francis Ford Coppola

With an iconic CV, with films such as The Godfather (1972), Apocalypse Now (1979) and Bram Stoker’s Dracula (1992), Francis Ford Coppola He is considered one of the greatest directors of all time. However, for him, there is another person who is “the greatest living filmmaker in the world.”

In a publication made in Instagram, Coppola spared no praise for Flower Moon Assassins, scheduled for release on October 19, 2023 in Brazilian cinemas. The film is directed by none other than Martin Scorseseresponsible for The Departed (2006), The Good Companions (nineteen ninety), Taxi Driver – Taxi Driver (1976), the wolf of Wall Street (2013) and Fear Island (2010).
