Galaxy A15 appeared in an advertisement even before its official launch, with images and technical specifications
A SAMSUNG is expected to update its lineup of affordable cell phones soon with Galaxy A15 in 4G and 5G versions, and now the features of the device with the fifth generation of mobile networks have been announced via an advertisement on Walmart. The listing shows images of the likely appearance of the device linked to the Boost Mobile operator, as well as providing much of its technical specifications and its sales price in the United States.

Just as the previous images had already shown, the device must maintain a similar visual identity to the brand’s more expensive models. Therefore, the device appears with three “loose” cameras on the rear panel, which has a smooth and reflective finish.
The Galaxy A15 5G is expected to have blue as one of its color options, with a matte finish. The sides of the device are straight, while the display has relatively thick edges and a teardrop-shaped cutout at the top for the selfie camera.
The announcement does not confirm what the phone’s processor will be, but it shows that it is a platform with frequencies up to 2.2 GHz. This is a specification that coincides with the MediaTek Dimensity 6100 Plus, a chip already connected to the device in previous entries.

- 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory
- 6.5 inch screen with Full HD resolution and waterdrop notch
- 50MP main camera and 13MP front camera

Previously, leaks had already highlighted that the device could feature two more 5+2MP auxiliary cameras on the back and that its battery should support 25W charging. Apart from blue, other color options are expected to include black and yellow.
A specific launch date for the Galaxy A15 5G has not yet been announced, but its presence in the announcement indicates that its presentation could take place at any time, including in Brazil. It comes with an official price of 139 US dollars (approximately R$ 681 in direct conversion), in a version linked to the Boost Mobile operator.
