New streaming arrives in Brazil: discover Universal+

NBCUniversal, in collaboration with Claro, has launched Universal+, a new streaming platform, in Brazil. Available from December 12, the platform offers a variety of exclusive and popular titles.

Among the titles in the new streaming catalog that could attract the public’s attention the most are the “Poker Face” series and franchises such as “Law & Order”. Thus, a new player arrives in the competitive streaming market in the country.

Universal+: a new streaming in Brazil

Access to Universal+ is exclusive to Claro tv+ customers, the company announced. Subscribers can access content through channels 669 (Universal Reality) and 670 (Universal Premiere), as well as the “on demand” option via the Claro app.

In addition to “Poker Face,” the new streaming catalog features productions such as “Saturday Night Live,” “The Office,” “Grimm,” “The Mindy Project,” “Dr. House” and series from the “Chicago” (Chicago Fire, Chicago Med, Chicago PD) and “FBI” franchises.

The platform is not limited to international productions: there is also the promise of original Brazilian content. National productions such as “Barras Invisíveis”, “Vocalizando” and “Drag Me as a Queen” are included.
