On Tuesday, June 11, in a more beautiful life, even more beautiful…

Steve, the IT king

At Massalia’s residence, Steve set up a desk for all the residents in the common area. Suddenly Mirta comes in with an impressive package. This is a computer screen for a young man.

Mirta and Yolande explain to Steve that telecommuting is a scam because he gives the impression of being free, when in fact he works longer hours. But the young man is absolutely not of this opinion, on the contrary, he is passionate about what he does.

While talking to Mirta and Yolande, Steve receives an alert on his computer. His company’s safe is at risk. A young man struggles to solve a problem under the fascinated gaze of two women. Finally, mission accomplished for Steve!

Back in his room, Steve has a voice meeting with Rebecca, his boss. She congratulates him on his job. Suddenly, Jules appears in the room and feels as if her friend is flirting with her boss. He is right ?

Apollin goes beyond the limits

At the law office, Apolline carefully prints a portrait of Ulis Kepler in order to unlock the latter’s cell phone. Bingo, the facial recognition works and he manages to recreate the discussion between his internship supervisor and a certain Julie.

Suddenly Ulysses appears in the office and asks his intern where his phone is. He shows it to her without paying attention. Kepler reminds him that the next bug is Kari and he leaves without saying a word. Of course, Apolline keeps her cool.

Later, he finds Nisma in Mistral. He tells her that he searched his guardian’s cell phone and discovered the truth about Julie: the latter left Ulysses a year ago after a three-year relationship. That’s not all, she left with her best friend, who is now her husband.

Apollina is convinced that Ulysses is still in love with her ex-lover. He said to Nisma: “He’s desperate.” Does he have an idea behind him?

Back at the office, Apollin finds Ulysses talking to Julie. The latter tells him that he will take care of this woman’s marriage contract himself. Shocked, Apollina answers: “Aren’t you going to do it anyway?”

Afraid of being unmasked, he quickly makes excuses, saying it’s not important enough for the cabinet. Will Ulysses discover that his listeners are secretly investigating him?

Is Boher at a dead end?

Boher and Leah are in shock after their daughter Mikael is threatened with a knife. They blame themselves once again for not having seen anything. Lucy walks into the living room and asks her parents if she’s going to jail. Her father tries to calm her down and asks for an explanation.

Lucy, still in shock, replies: “I wanted it to stop. After you talked to her father, it’s even worse. You may protect other people, but I’m on my own to protect myself.”

Mr. Tituan Lunel has been summoned to the police station. And for good reason, this man is suspected of murdering his co-worker, Grégoire Valens. But contrary to all expectations, the latter blames the victim. She told the police that Gregor had been harassing her and that she wanted to file a complaint against him.

When he arrives at the workplace, Jean-Paul is not in a good mood. Samuel and Patrick ask him for news, and he replies that Lucy is going to the disciplinary board. In addition, two policemen informed him that Titouan Lunel was not being protected by Abdel Fedala, but by Maitre Izar. Why did this lawyer’s file end up in Fedala’s safe?

In turn, Commissioner Meilin warns Samuel and Jean-Paul that on December 12, the day of Grigor Valens’ death, Lunelle was on sick leave for a week. Therefore, this man has no alibi for his defense.

Patrick and Boher are waiting for Lunelle after work. Under pressure, the latter admits that he lied because he was afraid of being blamed. He promises the police that he did not kill Grigori, while he was pinned to the foot of the bed.

Boher shows him a photo of the pendant, and Titouan Lunelli replies: “I have the exact same thing”. In fact, he received it as an anonymous gift at home. The police are interested in this statement and take the necklace as evidence.

At the police station, the police realize that Lunell’s necklace is a carbon copy of the pendant found in Fedala’s trunk. That’s not all, it seems that it is the harassed victims who receive this gift, not the other way around.

Samuel wonders if the jade-carved angel would not be the image of a guardian angel: a person who would offer this gift to victims of harassment would protect them and restore justice by killing the perpetrators.

For his part, Jean-Paul goes to Monsieur Delpierre, Michael’s father. But against all odds, his daughter answers the door. She informs Bohr that they have filed a complaint against Lucy: “My father is in shock, he is depressed and my brother is paralyzed.”

Jean-Paul tries to protect his daughter, but the young woman becomes aggressive and starts threatening him. He tells her that Lucy is going to be interned in a mental hospital because she is a threat, then shows her a photo he took of Lucy with a knife. He said to Bohr: “I have proof that he is dangerous.”
