On Tuesday, September 17, in a more beautiful life, even more beautiful…
Mirta opens her heart to Robert
At the residence, Mirta received a card from Robert inviting her to a tea dance. He confides to Yolande that he is not sure that he wants to experience a new adventure because he loves her freedom so much: “I don’t know if I want to go through all this again. The price paid is too high.”
Yolande answers him with her usual sincerity: “You are especially afraid of romantic relationships, for fear of disappointment.” So did he get it right?
A few hours later, Robert visits Mirta. The latter explains to him that he does not want to go to the dance with him, but Jules’ grandfather replies: “That’s not what Yolande told me” Then he informs her that he has fallen in love with her: “I haven’t felt that in a long time.”.
Finally Mirta agrees to spend the afternoon with this gentleman. After going to dance, they end up on a bench. Robert takes her by the hand and offers to accompany her to the ecology festival. Mirta happily accepts this proposal.
Thomas is ready to forgive Gabriel
At Mistral, Thomas (played by Laurent Kerussore) informs Eric that Gabriel is bending over backwards to pay off all his debts. He adds that they are still living together, but nothing sexual is happening between them. This discovery surprises Eric, who advises her to spend more time with her husband.
A few hours later, Thomas finds Gabriel in the doctor’s office. He offers him a trip to the beach, but the doctor promises to work until he pays for Thomas’ father’s boat.
Thomas looks at Gabriel and says: “I don’t want to lose my husband over this.”. Finally, Riva agrees to take time off from work. She took off her doctor’s coat and accompanied her husband for a well-deserved afternoon rest.
As the two men find themselves on a deckchair by the sea, Thomas asks his husband if he thinks they’re a “funny couple”? Indeed, he realizes that they have very little in common and that they have fallen into a kind of routine.
Despite this, she is sure of one thing: she still loves Gabriel. When she declares her love, she realizes that her husband has fallen asleep. Thomas smiles, puts his hand on his leg and enjoys the present moment.
Raven’s identity was revealed
After discovering the microphones hidden in the flower pavilion, Luna fears that Crow will reveal the whole truth to the police. Blanche, on the other hand, is much calmer, she is sure that the crow will not say anything.
At the same time, at the police station, Jean-Paul and Samuel suspect that Cyrus has fled abroad. Indeed, the two investigators wonder if it might not be misleading them.
A few hours later, at Mistral, Samuel asks Jennifer (played onscreen by Diane Dassin) if she saw Cyrus the day he had lunch with the star chef. She plays innocent, but Samuel is suspicious.
Later, Jennifer and Barbara inform Blanche and Luna about their little discussion with Samuel. They are worried and fear that the police will search Blanche’s car. So, to avoid getting caught, Luna wants to get rid of the car.
Jennifer approves of this idea, telling the three other Mistraliens: “We can store it in an underground car park 10 kilometers from here.” She volunteers to take care of him. Does Samuel risk removing it?
At the end of the day, Jennifer convinces Samuel that she did the exercise, which surprises the policeman. She confides in him that she’s been feeling weird for a few days, then asks : “If there was something, tell me?” Jennifer acts as if nothing happened. But is that really enough to fool the police?
Meanwhile, Blanche is alone in the flower pavilion. Suddenly he hears footsteps coming towards him. He finds Vanessa Kepler (played by Agathe de la Boulaye) in front of him and says: “Of course I should have known.”
