We knew it was going to happen, right? Several months ago, in the midst of filming the eighth season of southern charm Together, co-stars and former partners Madison LeCroy and Austen Kroll were already trading sleazy (but mostly harmless) insults in the press. Now, however, fans are watching their messy dynamic feature unfold in real time as related episodes drop on Bravo. Kroll, in fact, compared her former designer flame to “Medusa” in a scene that aired recently, and surprise, surprise, LeCroy responded today with her hilarious tone.
In the July 7 episode of southern charm, a reality show following the complicated relationships of a group of Charleston friends, Madison LeCroy’s engagement to a relatively unknown Brett Randle took center stage. Some of the male cast members were having a barbecue for the Bros when the surprise news hit, with Austen Kroll coldly commenting at the time: “What a poor bastard he is for a life of bloody Medusa servitude.” when page 6 Asked about LeCroy’s reaction to the comment, the 31-year-old turned against him and said:
Well, if I had been Medusa, I would have turned her ass to stone a long time ago.
Oh, sss-swish! (Pun with snake hair.) And she’s not lying. Madison LeCroy caught her ex-boyfriend cheating on her with two other women, all registered for posterity. The two did not separate forever, but came later and after much more discord. But when the split happened, she was downsized in a really dramatic way. The reunion of the seventh season southern charm it actually ended with his co-star Craig Conover and his friend Kroll pitching these huge allegations that LeCroy had been linked to MLB legend Alex Rodriguez. (A-Rod and his then-girlfriend, JLo, broke off their engagement shortly after.)
The mother of one of them recently told the outlet that she thinks they have “moved” from their tumultuous saga to the screen. It also felt like the outside was looking in, as the former couple had a pleasant (and slightly awkward) conversation at a party in the first episode of southern charmSeason 8. Madison LeCroy added that she expected only minimal congratulations from her ex on their engagement, but ultimately “showed her true colors” with the Medusa dig. She continued,
I thought he was cute, because I wish him the best. But, you know, now I’m taking it back.
Some sort of additional problem is assumed to be part of Madison LeCroy’s future storyline southern charm. After all, the former Bravo has made it known that most of the actors have not been invited to her upcoming wedding. She claims it’s to keep things “intimate”, but who knows? Perhaps Craig Conover’s new girlfriend, Paige DeSorbo, will be one of the chosen few, as LeCroy has apparently gotten close to him. summer house brunette herself.
What we know about the upcoming nuptials so far is that Bravo won’t be filming them at all. Madison LeCroy’s mysterious future husband is apparently an “introvert”, or so she puts it, which is why he doesn’t appear in southern charm this season. However, the TV personality has hinted that Brett Randle may be more visible in the show’s next season …
Either way, there will be future congratulations on the couple soon, but clearly not from Austen Kroll. Madison LeCroy joked that she would take the Medusa comparison “as a compliment” for now. Hopefully we’ll hear more of her notoriously outspoken thoughts about these A-Rod rumors, especially in the weeks to come, unless the cast is on some sort of cease and desist all over the place. Because we have three episodes and, strangely, no one has said anything about it …
