Aline Lima she was 22 when she was chosen by hayley williams to go on stage and sing “Misery Business” as Paramore in Sao Paulo. The video, from the presentation in 2014, surprised everyone by the spontaneity and performance of Aline, worthy of a rockstar.
“I was in a moment of ecstasy. When I went on stage I just did what I normally do, I saw it as a moment of enjoyment with people I like. At the time I went to cover shows a lot and I always joked that way with my friends.”
And by chance the ‘enjoyment’ was with the members of Paramore, at the time with jeremy on the bass and taylor york on guitar, on a stage with nearly 30,000 people watching. During the presentation, Aline seems not to care about the public and enjoys the moment.

That Brazilian flag wasn’t mine, we had nothing and no posters. When she was looking for someone and called me, I didn’t understand, I only realized when my cousin said ‘Go Aline’ and threw me over the railing.”
“She looks crazy, better that way” says Hayley while Aline was getting ready to go on stage and without hesitation, he participates in the show with the right to a microphone and headbanges with the band members. Now 30 years old, Aline works with foreign trade and remembers the show with great affection.
I just lived that moment, it was a feeling without explanation. When they tag me in the video and I rewatch it, all I can remember is how high on adrenaline I was.”
