Son of the legendary Bob Marley, Rohan Marley is the ambassador of House of Marley, the family’s sustainable sound and headphones brand that was created in 2010. With the aim of protecting the Earth through its responsible electronics and continuing the father’s legacy of loving music and the planet, the line that unites ecological balance, high technology and audio excellence. “If we are going to do something beyond music, something tangible, it needs to be related to the sound and the message”, said Rohan in an interview with Rolling Stone Brasil.

“When we talk about Rastafarians, it’s about the organic principles of life, all in line with our family legacy. We decided that we wouldn’t just do music in our time as managers. We would also get involved with product,” she added. Thus, House of Marley was formed to bring a sustainable alternative – in a market dominated by plastic – using ceramics, bamboo, bio-fibers, cork, cotton as raw material in the manufacture of products and recyclable materials in packaging.

In addition to this innovative look at the market, House of Marley makes a contribution to One Tree Planted focused on reforestation (to date, 340,000 have already been planted) with Project Marley – also checking the origin of materials from the production chain.
