Charity festival Save the South appears with the aim of supporting Rio Grande do Sul, after the climate disasters that have been affecting thousands of people in the state. O Save the South will be held on the 7th and 9th of June at Allianz Parque, in São Paulo and will have 100% of the profits converted into donations to RS. Among the attractions are the FRIENDS (Chitãozinho and Xororó, Zezé di Camargo and Luciano and Leonardo), Luísa Sonza, Pedro Sampaio, Lulu Santos, Menos É Mais, Ferrugem, MC Daniel, Carlinhos Brown, Léo Santana, Ludmilla, Armandinho, Juliette and Vitor Kley.
The event highlights the unity, solidarity and commitment of artists to this cause that touched Brazil and the world; is an initiative of Brazilian Association of Event Promoters – ABRAPEwith the collaboration of artists, event venues, suppliers and media.

The first day of Save the South takes place next Friday 7/6, with Chitãozinho and Xororó, Zezé di Camargo and Luciano, and Leonardo taking the stage at 8pm for a special show by FRIENDS, lasting three hours. You FRIENDS will share how they joined this cause.
“After contact with the management of the ABRAPE, with the request to perform a show for the people of Rio Grande do Sul, we didn’t think twice. We cannot fail to be part of this movement and, with the support of many suppliers and partners, we will hold an event together to, in some way, minimize this moment of great suffering throughout Rio Grande do Sul. Together we are strong!”, explain the artists.
On Sunday, 9/06, the event will take place for 9 consecutive hours, from 1 pm to 10 pm, Luisa Sonza opens the day with Pedro Sampaio. Other artists like Carlinhos Brown, Ferrugem, Duda Beat, Gloria Groove, Juliette, Léo Santana, Lexa, Ludmilla, Lulu Santos, MC Daniel, Menos é Mais, Preta Gil, Pocah, Turma do Pagode, Xamã, Xand Avião, Zé Felipe, Luan Pereira, Hariel, IG, Ryan SP, PH, Don Juan, MC Davi and the gauchos Armandinho, Neto Fagundes and Vitor Kley also perform on the day.

“The South is my home, my land, and at this moment they are asking for help. Helping is urgent and meeting basic needs is the least we need right now. A tragedy like this deserves everyone’s attention and effort. I am very grateful to those who agreed to join this initiative and are making it happen. Today, regardless of where we are, we all want to save the South”, he says Luisa Sonza.
“When the Luisa He called me for this project, I didn’t think twice. The initiative is really beautiful. I committed my entire team and we organized at record speed.
