Taylor Swift released the music video for I can do it with a broken heart shortly after completing the European leg of their tour The Tour of the Eras in London. In the clip, Taylor appears rehearsing for the big tour, as well as performing and interacting with the audience as her fans sing along.
The video also reveals behind the scenes, showing the dedication of the dancers and crew, highlighting the intense work that goes into making the tour happen.
The song describes Taylor preparing to perform in front of tens of thousands of people every night, even while going through a painful breakup. In the chorus she sings: “Collapsed, I hit the ground/ Every piece of me broke as the crowd screamed, ‘Again’/ I was smiling like I was winning, doing my job/ ‘Cause I can do it with a broken heart.”
I can do it with a broken heart It’s the second track on the album The Department of Tortured Poets which will be released as a single, after Fifteen days, a collaboration with Post Malone. It’s worth noting that shortly after the album’s release on April 19, the song debuted at number three on the Billboard Hot 100.
The tour of Taylor Swift will continue for its final performances in Toronto, Canada, starting on November 14th and finally concluding in Vancouver on December 8th.
