According to a source from The SunApple TV+ is in the running to capture moments from the brothers’ performances Gallagher across Europe next year. The documentary should be made along the lines of The Beatles: Get Back (2021), documentary series directed by Peter Jackson which reveals the behind the scenes of the album’s production Let It Be (1970).
“It should be the movie of the decade, with Apple TV+ offering big bucks to secure the rights to this documentary,” the insider told The Sun (via NME). “They are competing with other streaming platforms like Amazon Prime and Netflix, but Apple is using all its influence to achieve this.”
“Fans can expect something in the same vein as the documentary Beatleswhich offered a unique insight into the band,” he added.
THE Oasis was already the subject of a documentary Oasis: Supersonicwhich portrays the band’s rise in 2016.
