Premium signature prices of Spotify They will rise. The announcement was made by representatives of the streaming platform this week.
The four categories – an individual student, duo and family – suffered the readjustment, which starts to be valid from September. The largest of them was applied to the last plan quoted, with a rise of approximately 17%.
See the following prices:
- Student: R $ 12.90 (was R $ 11.90)
- Individual: R $ 23.90 (was R $ 21.90)
- Duo: R $ 31.90 (was R $ 27.90)
- Family: R $ 40.90 (was R $ 34.90)
An official statement points out that the increase in values was applied in countries of “Southern Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific region”. The brief justification highlights:
“To continue innovating our products and resources, and provide the best possible experience, we occasionally update our prices.”
Last Spotify readjustment in Brazil
Spotify premium signature prices in Brazil have not been readjusted since July 2023. At the time, the company increased by $ 2 the individual plan.
Both individual and student are individual options for just one account – in the second mentioned, there is a discount to those who prove to be studying.
The Duo option, focusing on couples living together, offers premium access to two accounts. Finally, the family possibility adds up to six premium accounts or kids of people who reside in the same place.
