The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams scored sole ownership of a $7 million Atlanta mansion and a $1,568,181.63 payout in her divorce settlement from Simon Guobadia. The 45-year-old television personality and singer split from the 62-year-old Nigerian-American businessman in February 2024 after 15 months of marriage. A judge signed off on the order on Friday, according to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail.
Guobadia transferred his interest in the couple's home to Williams through a quitclaim deed. The deed shows that Williams has the authority to sell or refinance the 15,284-square-foot, five-bedroom, eight-bathroom home without needing Guobadia's consent or an arbitrator. Williams also received a $1,568,181.63 reimbursement of Guobadia's share of equity in their home, along with the title to a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost. The Daily Mail reached out to representatives for Williams for comment.
Guobadia response and debt claims
Guobadia clapped back on Friday and suggested he was getting the last laugh because he walked away from the settlement debt-free. In a post shared to his Instagram Stories, the entrepreneur and petroleum executive wrote: "They forgot to mention they also inherited $8,000,000 in debt & still got to pay me."
"Being debt-free is my flex," Guobadia jibed.
Accompanying the text was a video of Guobadia holding a cigar in one hand and a drink in the other while partying in a crowded nightclub, with "freedom" and "living" written across the images. Another reel showed him smiling broadly at the camera while a woman danced on a raised platform in the background waving tube lights in her hands.
Williams did not have any children with Guobadia during their marriage. She has a daughter, Pilar 'PJ' Jihena, with her ex-fiance Dennis McKinley. Guobadia has five children from previous relationships.

Back in June 2025, Williams admitted to People magazine that her acrimonious split from Guobadia forced her to reconsider her approach to relationships. The R&B artist, who returned to The Real Housewives of Atlanta in March of last year after a hiatus, also confessed to being a people pleaser.
"I used to only see myself through men's eyes, and that's why I went through a lot of abuse with men in my twenties," Williams shared at the time. "And then when I got on reality TV for the first three years, I only saw myself through what the fans would say in the comments. I was like a walking culmination of what the comments thought."
"But now, I could give zero you-know-whats. I'm my own person. I took charge of my life, financially, in my relationships, everything. I'm really confident now. But something like this, it shakes your confidence, you know? Because you work so hard and you think everything is going one way and when it doesn't work out, it's disappointing," she said.
Williams said she was determined to fully heal before embarking on a new romance. "I can't just feel it with someone else. I can't just get underneath someone else and feel it. I can't just drink it away like I have in my past," she said, adding: "It's a rough road, healing this way. It's dry, on every level of being dry. But it's needed."
Not long after she made those statements, Williams chose to pursue a relationship with Patrice 'Sway' McKinney. The reality star and the salon suite entrepreneur met via Instagram in 2018 but reconnected romantically years later and went Instagram official in November 2025.
