Russian OnlyFans Star Fined $60,000 and Banned from Internet

Sofia Versinina, a 21-year-old Russian OnlyFans creator, avoided prison after a Moscow court convicted her of producing and distributing pornographic material online. The court imposed a three-year suspended sentence, a fine of approximately $60,000, and a three-year ban on internet access.

Prosecutors had sought three years and six months in a corrective colony. Versinina admitted guilt and expressed remorse, which contributed to the suspended outcome. The internet ban effectively prevents her from continuing work on online platforms.

Also known as Sonya Marmeladova, Versinina allegedly earned more than $400,000 from selling adult content, according to Russian prosecutors. Authorities also said she distributed material through Telegram and lived in a luxury penthouse in Moscow. Her iPhone 16 Pro Max remains held as evidence.

Her case is among several brought after President Vladimir Putin ordered stricter action against illegal pornographic activity. Diana Surigina, 27, remains in pre-trial detention on similar charges, and Anastasia Ovsyanikova, 24, known as Nastya Kholod, has also been arrested. Lawyers cited by international media said prosecutions of OnlyFans creators may intensify as the Kremlin continues to promote what it calls traditional values.
