Spanish journalist Sara Carbonero has launched a new autumn capsule collection for her fashion brand Slowlove in collaboration with Murcia rock group Viva Suecia.

Carbonero developed the music-inspired line alongside her friend and co-founder Isabel Jimenez. The collection translates the aesthetic of the Murcian indie band into five unisex garments and accessories designed with a rock and folk spirit.

To present the collaboration, Carbonero posed in a promotional photoshoot alongside Jimenez and the members of Viva Suecia. The shoot showcases Carbonero wearing her signature wardrobe essentials, combining printed t-shirts, grey denim jeans, hats, western-inspired belts, and layered silver jewelry.

The core piece of Carbonero's featured outfit is a black short-sleeved t-shirt decorated with the Viva Suecia logo and a large vintage graphic print. She styled the shirt slightly tucked into grey relaxed-cut jeans with a black metallic-buckle belt, creating a concert uniform intended for both summer festivals and everyday autumn wear.

Concert t-shirt options and accessory styling

According to the brand, band t-shirts have transitioned from concert venues into everyday wardrobe staples. Carbonero styled the top tucked at the waist to structure the silhouette and elevate the casual pairing.

The Slowlove Viva Suecia t-shirt is priced at 29.99 euros and comes in sizes from XS to XXL. It is available in dark grey and white, with the white version displaying a distressed lightning bolt graphic, while the dark grey version features a vintage design styled after old concert tour merchandise.

Carbonero paired the outfit with a black hat priced at 69.99 euros, a staple of her bohemian look. The hat includes a removable printed band that can be repurposed as a scarf or bandana, tied around the neck, worn on the wrist, or attached to trouser belt loops.

The styling is further detailed with rigid silver bracelets, rings, layered necklaces, and a western belt buckle. Slowlove highlighted that these individual touches enhance the basic t-shirt and denim combination.

Unisex collection range and design features

The full capsule collection consists of two t-shirt models, a sweatshirt, a hat, a bandana, and a belt. All pieces are unisex and incorporate stylistic references from the 1970s and 1990s, periods central to Slowlove's bohemian style and Viva Suecia's visual identity.

Viva Suecia members participated in the creation of the line from the start, sharing their artistic references, tastes, and inspirations with the design team. The resulting collection combines the rock identity of the Murcian band with the folk aesthetic established by Carbonero and Jimenez.

The collection also features multi-use elements. In addition to the hat band converting into a bandana, a metallic accent piece included on another scarf in the collection can be removed and worn as a ring. Slowlove created the versatile pieces to be combined together across different autumn outfits.

Carbonero and Jimenez founded Slowlove in 2015 as a Spanish fashion and lifestyle brand known for its relaxed, bohemian designs. Viva Suecia, formed in Murcia in 2014, is one of Spain's prominent indie rock bands.
