Russian singer Yaroslav Dronov, known by the stage name SHAMAN, has commented on a barrier collapse during his concert in Abakan, where fencing gave way under pressure from fans. His remarks were carried by RIA Novosti.
The concert took place on Saturday, August 8, 2026. While performing the song "Brothers-Slavs," Dronov went down to the audience to shake hands with fans, and the barrier fell right in front of him.

SHAMAN said the emotions in that moment were so strong that the barrier could not withstand the pressure, adding that, fortunately, no one besides the barrier itself was hurt.
The singer recently burned his leather trousers in a furnace and said he was abandoning his controversial image, noting he made the decision ahead of turning 35.
