Janelle Monae is recognized by WeHo Pride for her art and advocacy

Janelle Monáe has been named by the City of West Hollywood as the iconic WeHo Pride Marshal, while JoJo Siwa is the icon of the next generation of WeHo Pride.

WeHo Pride Weekend takes place June 3-5 in and around West Hollywood Park and includes a free street performance featuring a variety of groups from the LGBTQ community. The weekend will also feature OUTLOUD: Raising Voices, a JJLA concert series at West Hollywood Park.

The first WeHo Pride Parade, which celebrates the vast history of the LGBTQ movement and showcases its diversity, will take place on June 5.
