A humiliating experience for Priyanka Chopra Jonas

In an interview given to The Zoe Reportthe actress told how, about twenty years ago, she had to do it reimburse a production for abandoning a feature film after two days, following humiliating exchanges with a director whose name and team he didn’t want to name. Priyanka Chopra Jonas was supposed to play an undercover character and says:
I’m undercover, I seduce the guy, because obviously that’s what women do when they’re undercover. So I’m seducing the guy and have to take off one piece of clothing at a time. (…) The director was there: “I want to see his underwear. Otherwise why should anyone come and see this film?”
She continues:
He didn’t tell me directly. She told the stylist that she was in front of me. It was such a dehumanizing moment.
Words that made the actress think she was in no way recognized for her talent. Not indulging in this situation, Priyanka Chopra Jonas therefore preferred to throw in the towel, unable to tolerate this director’s behavior one more day.
