What is separate nutrition for women?
The separate nutrition system only works on one condition: you don’t eat foods from different food groups together. You can only combine products that are compatible with each other. The diet is based on the theory that eating acidic and alkaline foods together slows digestion, disrupts metabolism and leads to weight gain. It all depends on the digestive system, which cannot create ideal processing conditions for each product and begins to go crazy.
The basic principle of separate nutrition is not to eat different foods at the same time. There are two different ways to stick to a separate diet:

The main rules of separate meals:
- The last meal before 8 p.m.
- Don’t snack.
- Do not mix different products together. Acidic foods should not be eaten with sweet foods, carbohydrates with protein. Fats – with starch, and dairy products – with sour milk.
