Netflix: new films online (week of 9 to 15 October)

The highlight of the series this week is obviously the arrival of The Fall of House Usherthe new horror show created by Mike Flanagan (The Haunting of Hill House) which arrives on Netflix on October 12th.
This is a modern adaptation of famous novel of the same name by Edgar Allan Poe. Consisting of eight episodes, this new series focuses on Roderick and Madeline Usher, wealthy heirs to a pharmaceutical empire, who find themselves prey to a terrible ancestral curse. Another show that comes at the right time for Halloween.
