Netflix tackles the myth of Ayrton Senna
We won’t shy away from our pleasure or our admiration: we don’t often see trailers that give you chills. The first trailer for the miniseries about Ayrton Senna is one of these (video at the top of the article). The legendary Brazilian F1 driver, three-time world champion between 1988 and 1991 and great rival of Alain Prost, is one of the greatest drivers in the history of motor racing. In Brazil he is an idol whose status goes far beyond that of an exceptional sportsman. His tragic death, at the age of 34, during the San Marino Grand Prix on the Imola circuit on 1 May 1994 marked the world for eternity, and sealed his legend.
Presented on April 30, 2024, the day before the thirtieth anniversary of his passing, this trailer can be watched with eyes closed, as the noise of the engines, gear changes and the screeching of the tires is already enough to convince. Add moving music and a few lines of dialogue and the emotion is already compelling.

The man behind the pilot
Series Seine it will begin with the debut of Ayrton Senna, when he will travel to England to compete in the F1600 championship. Then we quickly get to his F1 victories, world titles and rivalry with Ayrton Senna. These few images are very promising and we hope that the series as a whole is equally successful. For the moment, no specific broadcast date has been announced, only the indication that it will be at the end of 2024.
