What is it about?
It’s hard to understand what the film is about with these images. But to summarize, The substance Follows Elizabeth (Demi Moore)known for her fitness videos. Deemed too old by her producer (Dennis Quaid), she finds herself kicked out overnight. It was at this moment that she discovered a product, The Substance, that gave her life “a better version of yourself”. By taking it, Elizabeth will have to share her life with a younger and more beautiful version (Margherita Qualley). A week for one and a week for the other. Only this balance will not be respected for long…
The Substance will be available in French cinemas November 6th.
