What is the story of Penguin?
In the story, which takes place shortly after the events of the film, the city of Gotham is fragile — after the plan to Charade (Paul Dano, Pantheon) —, with political leadership shaken and public confidence in justice and security in decline. With the death of Carmine Falcone (John Turturro, Break), a central figure in Gotham’s criminal world, begins a power struggle for Gotham’s underworld.
