The upcoming action adventure from Warner Bros. animation bat wheels The first teaser for the series was released at San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday during the studio’s “Comics Are Fun for Everyone” panel.
Known for being DC’s first Batman animated preschool series, the Batwheels crime-fighting team includes Bam (Batmobile), Bibi (Batgirl’s bike), Redbird (Robin’s sports car), Batwing (Batwing jet plane) and Buff (Bat Truck).
bat wheels A half-hour origin special will premiere on Batman Day (September 17) exclusively first on Cartoonito on HBO Max and then on Cartoonito on Cartoon Network.
In May, it was announced that Gina Rodríguez, better known as the titular star jane the virgins kai snake Star Xolo Maridueña has joined the cartoon set Sponge Bob Square Pants Star Tom Kenny.
Rodriguez will play Catwoman, Mariduena will voice Snowy the Snowcrawler from Mr. Freeze, and Kenny will play Crash, Badcomputer’s robotic henchman. Other stars of the series include Ethan Hawke (Batman), Jacob Bertrand (Bam Batmobile) and AJ Hudson (Duke Thomas, aka Robin).

Batwheels follows a group of young, super-powered sentient vehicles as they defend Gotham City alongside Batman, Robin and Batgirl. The series will officially launch this fall on Cartoonito on Cartoon Network and Cartoonito on HBO Max.
Sam Log (looney cartoon) serves as executive producer. Michael Stern (Dr. toys) serves as executive producer, Simon J. Smith (Madagascar’s penguins) is supervising producer, and Steven Fink of Bang Zoom LLC is producing. Based on DC characters, Batwheels is a film by Warner Bros. Animation. Animation services are offered by Superprod Studio.
