“An Evening With Dua Lipa” arrives on Universal+ on November 1st, with a grand performance and intimate atmosphere that marks a new phase for the British singer
With just under a month left to disembark in Latin America, Dua Lipa celebrates the countdown to his tour with a show worthy of his global status. THE Universal+ The special premieres on November 1st An Evening With Dua Liparegistered in the iconic Royal Albert Hallin London, and directed by Paul Dugdale — Emmy and BAFTA winner, known for work with Adele and Billy Joel.
The presentation shows an artist on the rise and dominating the stage, performing 20 tracks that cover her career, with emphasis on her third studio album, Radical Optimism (2024). In a more intimate format, Dua revisits great hits, “Levitating” the “Love Again”now accompanied by an orchestra of 53 musicians conducted by Ben Foster. One of the most exciting moments is the duet with Elton Johnin a new version of “Cold Heart”a song that united generations and established the artist as one of the biggest names in contemporary pop.
Recorded in October 2024, the special shows a Dua Lipa freer and more introspective, mixing the dancing energy of recent hits like “Dance the Night”film soundtrack Barbie (2023), and “Houdini”from his new album, with personal moments and tributes, including a tribute to his old music teacher, Ray. The direction of Dugdale balances grandeur and intimacy, transforming the Royal Albert Hall in an almost cinematic setting.

Before the premiere of the special, Dua prepares for the Radical Optimism Tour in South America, which begins on November 7th, in Buenos Aires, and continues through Chile, Brazil, Peru and Colombia, ending on December 5th in Mexico City.
The trajectory of Dua is marked by self-sufficiency and digital construction. Before taking over stadiums, she spent years posting covers on YouTube, of Alicia Keys the Christina Aguileravideos that went viral and attracted the first attention of the music industry. “I started singing alone in my room, without any big plans.
