Zara Home has released a three-piece cottage chic summer clothing collection made from off-white cotton and linen with delicate floral embroidery. The new range includes a top, long trousers, and shorts designed for holiday travel between the countryside and the beach.
The design of the three pieces has drawn immediate comparisons to French fashion label Sezane due to their romantic feel and handcrafted appearance. Each garment features small embroidered flowers in vibrant colors set against an off-white fabric blend.
The cottage chic aesthetic relies on light natural fabrics, neutral shades, soft floral patterns, and vintage details that combine comfort with femininity. Sezane, founded in Paris by Morgane Sezalory, is widely recognized for popularizing this romantic aesthetic across European fashion.
Top and trousers lead the new range
The collection features a straight-neck top made from off-white cotton and linen. It includes an elastic gather across the neckline, shoulder straps, and a delicate floral embroidery pattern across the center front, with a smaller floral design on the back.
Small colorful embroidered flowers and a contrasting blue embroidered border trim give the top a vintage look. The top is priced at 25.99 euros and can be paired with either of the matching bottoms in the collection.
Zara Home has also launched matching long trousers featuring a straight-leg cut and an elastic waistband. Made from the same cotton and linen fabric, the trousers display floral embroidery near the leg hems along with the blue border trim.
The trousers retail for 29.99 euros and offer a relaxed silhouette created specifically for warm holiday weather.
Shorts and versatile styling options
For hotter days, the line includes straight-cut shorts with an elastic waistband, priced at 25.99 euros. These off-white cotton and linen shorts place the floral embroidery along the side seams for a lighter, more informal style.
The three garments allow buyers to create two complete outfits for summer vacations. Pairing the top with the long trousers produces an artisan look suitable for seaside lunches, evening walks, or holiday dinners, while combining the top with the shorts creates a casual outfit for beach days or countryside stays.
