There is some truth in all of this. Simply because with a probability of 90%, after a few tablespoons of oil and lemon juice, you will find yourself in the toilet for a long time – and, as you know, you will effectively cleanse the body.
In general, oiling is not such a new and perfect technique. Some practiced it in the times of the USSR – in order to cleanse the liver and intestines. True, modern beauty gurus are silent about the fact that it is strictly forbidden to drink such a drink in the presence of stones in the gallbladder and other disorders of the gastrointestinal tract. Yes, oiling will help speed up bowel movement. And it will probably also reduce your appetite a little in the morning – simply because drinking lemon oil is not very pleasant. Together, such actions can slightly affect the number on the scale and, more unlikely, the condition of the skin – after all, acne is sometimes really associated with being overweight. But do not expect miracles and a phenomenal transformation of the oil – it is much more likely to have intestinal disorders! Instead, consider other ways to increase your healthy fats for breakfast, such as adding nuts, peanut butter, or coconut oil to your cereal.
