Vitalia found a salon with good reviews and a high rating, where, according to a discount coupon, a manicure and pedicure with gel polish cost her a little over 2,000 rubles, or about 100 dirhams at the local rate. As a rule, such a set of services in this place costs 300 dirhams, or about 6,500 rubles.

The girl was attracted not only by the price of services, but also by the fact that the salon is located in the building of a five-star hotel. It turns out that it is geared towards wealthy clients and the quality and service in it must be on par. But everything turned out completely different!

Several times my cuticle was cut and I was bleeding, my nails started hurting – apparently they were cutting too much. They made the gel polish crooked, they wanted to take more money for two colors (as a design), the employees laughed and chatted for the whole salon, listened to loud music. Additional services offered obsessively.

At the end of the procedure, they wanted to take 180 dirhams (~3975 rubles) from me. When I mentioned the coupon, the employee started to meet me and said she didn’t know anything about the coupons. I was shocked: I thought rich people get better service.– said the traveler on my blog.

Of course, services are inexpensive in Vitaly, even compared to the tariffs of Russian beauty salons. However, remember that discount promotions are organized with the aim of attracting new customers, not annoying them with new problems. Now the Russian woman will need time and money to restore damaged nails.
