At the start of the coronavirus pandemic, this blogger made one condition – no matter what, do 10 push-ups a day. Since then, she has never missed this exercise – and believes that it was thanks to him that she was able to transform her appearance in this way.

Today, American blogger Polly (@polly__wants) motivates 200,000 of her followers to live a healthy life. But even at the beginning of 2020, shortly before the coronavirus pandemic, the girl herself needed such advice – after all, she was quite overweight.

That’s when Polly decided to challenge herself and start doing 10 push-ups a day. Despite weather, mood, well-being and other distractions.

Exactly three years later, Polly posted a video on her blog that instantly went viral. In the first images, an American woman does her first push-ups in 2020. And in this latest one, he’s now doing push-ups – and looks like a completely different person.

The blogger admits: after a week of challenging, she was tired of doing push-ups – it’s so hard. However, followers started asking her why she was not posting stories with a daily report on exercise performed. This motivated Polly not to give up on the new habit. Over time, 10 push-ups began to only take her a minute – and even bring her some pleasure.

“I’ve tried training systems so many times with different exercises and progressive set-ups. In the end, I got tired and gave up everything. Therefore, for all these 3 years I did not change the number of pumps and the type of their implementation. At first I thought I would never be able to do those stupid 10 push-ups. Now I finally see and feel my muscles – and I can do more complex exercises and positions, ”the girl shares on social networks.

Polly’s experience with push-ups won over her followers. Many have expressed their willingness to repeat the blogger’s experience and try to do push-ups every day. Of course, Polly changed and lost weight as well because she started following her diet and generally moving more. But it was the push-ups that caused all the positive changes in her life. And it looks really tempting!
