In just 2 weeks: how the figure of a girl who started taking 10,000 steps a day changed

This Russian woman decided to set up a two-week experiment: to see what would happen to her body without dietary changes, but with walks of 10,000 steps a day. Let’s see what happens?

Several thousand people have registered on the account of a Russian woman named Alena (@oneweek_al). Every day the girl has more and more followers – they all follow her weight loss without a diet.

Like millions of other women, Alena has repeatedly tried to lose weight with the help of sports and severe dietary restrictions. As a result, having again gained excess weight, the girl decided to try to put her body in order with gentle measures: and take only 10,000 steps a day.

In just 2 weeks of such an experiment and a total of 140,000 steps taken, Alena lost almost a kilogram of weight – and her waist became 3 centimeters smaller!

According to the girl, she has not changed anything in her diet. In the past 2 weeks, she has eaten several fast foods and even taken alcohol. But what’s interesting is that she was particularly drawn to “the ban” during the first week of the experiment.

“After the first week, I even improved a bit. And it is logical, due to the increase in activity, I constantly wanted to eat. I ate a lot, 5 times a day. By day 9, the terrible hunger was gone and I was back to 3 meals a day and a snack,” the Russian woman shares on her blog.

Alena intends to continue her experiment and see how much weight in this mode she can lose in a month. Some of the followers were inspired by her experience – girls are already actively trying to walk more to lose weight. But many do not believe that Alena managed, at least a little, to lose weight without dietary restrictions.

“10 thousand steps inthe day is nonsense that does not affect the figure in any way, ”one of her subscribers comments on Alena’s experience. And what do you think ?
