What not to eat with varicose veins: this insidious product harms the health of the legs

Varicose veins are one of the most common and unpleasant diseases. It progresses not only due to the wrong way of life, but also in case of improper diet. We tell you what to remove from the diet in the first place.

Varicose veins are a disease that some girls face already at a fairly young age. According to statistics, about 30% of women have such a diagnosis. Some suffer from a visible vascular network due to a genetic predisposition, others after childbirth or because of a sedentary lifestyle.

Do not forget that the development of varicose veins is strongly influenced by bad habits and malnutrition. Both in the first and in the second case, blood circulation deteriorates. The blood becomes more viscous and more difficult to circulate throughout the body. This leads to the formation of blood clots and blockage of blood vessels.

Of course, constantly following the basics of healthy eating is an extremely difficult task. But if you have varicose veins, it is better to follow at least the basic recommendations of the experts: and eat as few sweets as possible.

Flour products and sweets are almost 100% empty and fast carbohydrates. They bring no benefit to the body – and slowly but surely increase our weight. Along with the increase in kilograms, the load on the vessels of the legs also increases – and the veins become more and more noticeable.
