4 great exercises from coach Angelina Jolie

Work every muscle in 20 minutes and if you want, you can go down a size in 4 weeks.

The ground rules for this incredibly effective workout are:

  • Tempo – the break between exercises should not exceed 1 minute;
  • Breathing – do not hold it in any way, make an effort on the exhale and return to the starting position on the inhale;
  • Schedule: You must train strictly every other day.

1. Plank with torso elevation

Initial position: the emphasis on the elbows, legs and torso are extended in one line.

Principle of execution: put the right hand on the palm, then the left, then bring the right to the elbow, and finally the left. Repeat a full circle 8 times, then do the same in the opposite direction – now start with the left hand.

2. The letter “W”

Initial position: in each hand, a dumbbell with the maximum possible weight for you, hands are held away from the body.

Principle of execution: without pressing your elbows against your body, raise the dumbbells so that your arms and your body form the letter W. Return to the starting position. Repeat 8 times.

3. Runner

Initial position: put one foot forward, the other back and bend both as if you were going to run. In each hand, take a dumbbell with the maximum possible weight for you.

Principle of execution: without changing the position of the legs, make movements with your hands, like a runner, moving one or the other forward. Repeat 8 times, then switch legs and do the exercise 8 more times.

4. Press the triceps and back

Initial position: arms bent and pressed to the chest, in each – a dumbbell with the maximum possible weight for you. Feet hip-width apart, one in front, one behind.

Principle of execution: With a sharp movement, “throw” your arms back until they are fully extended, then return to the starting position. Do 8 times, switch legs and do 8 more times.
