What age is considered the most dangerous for a female figure – and why

Age is closely related to the risk of overweight. But it’s during a period that lasts several years that women are especially susceptible to gaining extra pounds that can stay with us for the rest of their lives – because they’re so hard to shed.

Scientists are constantly conducting research on excess weight. So, recently, British nutritionists, having checked a sample of past experiments, concluded that men and women tend to gain extra pounds at different periods of life. And while for men this vulnerable age does not begin until around 45, women may experience an inexplicable increase in the number on the 35-40 age scale.

As you know, weight gain at this age is not associated with menopause – although until recently it was believed that women gain weight during this period of hormonal changes in the body.

It turned out that 35-year-old women become vulnerable to excess weight due to a whole host of problems. First, it is at this age that many give birth to children – and often not one, but two or three. This leads to chronic fatigue, as well as a change in eating habits, a decrease in physical activity and – without it, nowhere! – hormonal changes in the body.

Whatever one may say, before the age of 35, it is easier to recover from childbirth than at a later age. Moreover, it is around the age of 40 that the metabolic processes in the body begin to slow down. Naturally, we cannot follow it right away – so we are surprised by strong morning puffiness, jeans that have suddenly become small and an unpleasant figure on the scales.

Alas, there is only one way to solve the problem: constant control of your lifestyle. Do not be lazy to try new delicious and healthy recipes and try to walk more. This is a conditional low that will help maintain the normal figure.
