While still pregnant, Kylie said that immediately after giving birth she would go under the knife of a plastic surgeon and do liposuction. In addition, the girl was ready to go to another country if it was not possible to perform the procedure in America. Fortunately, the older sisters dissuaded little Jenner from this risky procedure. As a result, Kylie took Kim Kardashian’s advice and decided to lose weight the “natural” way.

Kylie gave birth to a baby girl on February 1 and, after waiting for the “green light” from doctors, regained her figure, declaring war on excess weight. And it seems that the victory is not far away: in just three weeks, the girl has achieved impressive results: she has lost 15 kg!

According to a source close to the family, a whole team of trainers worked with Kylie: “She trained five days a week for three hours.” In addition, the young mother wore a special corset around her waist and strictly monitored the number of calories consumed – no more than 1000 per day. Kylie has completely eliminated carbohydrates and sugar from her diet, eating only low-calorie lean meat – chicken or fish. It was necessary to forget about hamburgers and fries, which the daughter abused during pregnancy.

Here’s what Kylie Jenner’s approximate diet looks like:

  • a few slices of salmon for breakfast,
  • lettuce and lean turkey for lunch,
  • lean soup for dinner (until 6:00 p.m. and not every day).

“Everything is as always, nothing new! Good nutrition, regular physical activity! – you will be outraged. But all is not so simple. The secret ingredient in the girl’s diet is a special detox tea, which Kylie doesn’t tell anyone. Additionally, to avoid temptation, Jenner has strictly prohibited her family from eating fast food and any “harmful” foods with them, an insider told Life & Style magazine. According to Kylie’s friends, she, even after losing weight, was her figure. So even then, she didn’t stop there, but continued her buying marathon. .
