How to “degrease” the whole body in one movement:
- hold a ball or pillow between your knees;
- squat from a standing position;
- in a squatting position, bring your buttocks back, tilt your body forward and spread your arms to the sides;
- in a semi-sitting position, tuck your stomach in, then return to the starting point;
- do about 15-20 repetitions.
