Now remember the procedure:

  • rub a small amount of hydrophilic oil between palms and apply to damp skin;
  • for 4 minutes, do a light self-massage with oil;
  • then apply a small amount of foam to your face and continue massaging for another 2 minutes;
  • and the last step: wash your face for 4 minutes, rinsing it with lukewarm or cold water.

Contrast wash

Here you only need a towel, your usual cleanser, water and ice cubes.

How to perform a contrast wash:

  • dip a towel in hot water and wipe your face with it;
  • massage your face with cleanser for 2 minutes;
  • wash your face with cold water;
  • wipe the skin with an ice cube.

Wash with milk

This technique does not use any particular care product: only fresh milk and water.

How to wash your face with milk:

  • at the first stage, wash your face with warm water;
  • then wipe your face with a towel;
  • massage cool milk into the skin for 3-5 minutes;
  • final step: wash in cold water.
