Don’t add food
According to the rules, you should take no more than five grams of salt per day. Sodium, which is part of the salt, retains water in the vessels, and this gradually increases the volume of blood. The pressure is rising, the immune system is deteriorating, the liver and kidneys are suffering. Therefore, remove the salt shaker from the table in the back drawer of the kitchen cabinet, and you will avoid hypertension and stroke. Instead of salt, you can add seasonings and spices – parsley, dill, garlic, bay leaf, or even dried seaweed.
Use spices
Not only will they help you eat less salt, but they also have antibacterial properties. Be careful with ready-made mixtures – for the sake of economy, up to 20 percent of salt is added to them, which negates all the benefits of seasonings.
Add seeds
Flax, sesame, chia, pumpkin, sunflower, poppy, hemp – the seeds are very useful. It is an excellent addition to salads, sandwiches, soups and side dishes, an additional source of vitamins and minerals. In this form, you practically do not notice them, but you still get the benefit. Just do not forget to alternate different types of seeds – and the result will not be long in coming.

Carry your nuts
If you put a bag of cashews, walnuts or almonds in your bag, then at any time you can get a healthy snack that will save you from sweets and bars. Doctors recommend eating no more than 1-2 handfuls of nuts a day. Choose any – and your diet will be enriched with protein, fiber, non-saturated fats, as well as important vitamins and minerals.
Bake, don’t fry
Did you know that doctors can determine the degree of obesity by the number of pans that a person has at home? Of course, this is a joke, but it does not negate the fact that fried foods do not provide much benefit to the body. People who prefer fried foods are more likely to suffer from high blood pressure and are more likely to develop diabetes. It is better to bake food in the oven – so meat and vegetables retain more nutrients.
Freeze food
Scientists have found that frozen vegetables and fruits contain more vitamins than fresh, but bought all seasons. The fact is that they are collected at the peak of maturity and are immediately frozen, and freezing slows down the destruction of nutrients. Try to freeze berries, meatballs, bread, broths – this is both useful and convenient: you can get it at any time and quickly cook lunch or dinner. The main rule: do not defrost and freeze food several times.

Get off Dukan, keto and separate nutrition
Still, in 95 percent of cases, diets do not work. And it’s not at all a lack of willpower, no matter how sports coaches, nutritionists and doctors try to convince us of the opposite. The body very quickly realizes that they want to deprive it of its favorite food, and begins to accumulate kilograms for the future: who knows when the next time you will be able to eat well. So instead of focusing on diets, we advise you to focus on strategies that create the right eating habits – without unnecessary restrictions and prohibitions.
Eat less sausage
As well as ham, sausages and sausages. Of course, such food is very convenient – add a cucumber or a tomato to sausages, and dinner is ready. But processed foods are high in fat, salt, and preservatives—hello, extra pounds, and problems with blood pressure and kidneys. It is also best not to eat any meat more than four times a week. And take protein from tofu, baked poultry, fish and beans.
