Brooklyn Beckham Teases Pizza Video as Romeo Cooks in Italy

Brooklyn Beckham has teased a new pizza cooking video from America on the same night his brother Romeo Beckham attended an Italian culinary class in Amalfi.

The Beckham family is currently enjoying a luxury summer holiday along the Amalfi Coast in Italy, where 23-year-old Romeo took part in an authentic cooking lesson to make his own pizzas.

Romeo's girlfriend, Kim Turnbull, shared photos on her Instagram Story showing Romeo wearing an apron as he prepared to place his homemade pizza into the oven during a night of pizza and pasta.

Across the Atlantic in the United States, 27-year-old aspiring chef Brooklyn was also preparing the Italian classic while teasing his next online cooking video.

Sharing a photograph of his finished pizza, Brooklyn promoted his Cloud 23 hot sauce brand and wrote: "Back in the kitchen xx New video coming soon with @cloud23."

Brooklyn has regularly used his social media platforms to showcase his cooking skills, though he faced public backlash earlier this month over a controversial pasta dish.

The clip, which was originally recorded last year and recently reposted to TikTok, showed the eldest Beckham son dipping a saucepan directly into the ocean to collect salty water to boil his pasta while staying on a luxury yacht.

David Beckham's Culinary Training

Brooklyn appeared to be attempting to rival his father, former football star David Beckham, who also holds a passion for cooking and completed formal culinary training.

David, 51, took a six-month culinary course at a professional chef's school while living in Italy during his playing spell at AC Milan.

Speaking to The Times in 2013, David said: "Funnily enough, when I lived in Italy, I took a six-month culinary course at a professional chef's school and learnt to make real ragu and fresh pasta."

David added: "I used to go there three times a week... I was obsessed with perfecting the risotto because it is difficult."

The Beckham family returned to Italy as part of their summer holiday after cruising around various countries in Europe on their superyacht.

David and his wife, fashion designer Victoria Beckham, 52, enjoyed a stop on the Amalfi Coast this week with their family, staying at the five-star luxury Borgo Santandrea hotel.

Perched on a dramatic cliff overlooking the fishing village of Conca dei Marini, the resort is regarded as one of the most breathtaking locations along the coastline.

The resort offers 31 rooms and 21 suites, with select accommodations featuring infinity pools and private terraces, alongside three restaurants and a private beach.

Prices at the hotel start at £719 per room per night, while the premium suite pool room boasting a private heated infinity plunge pool can cost upwards of £6,000 per night.

Brooklyn Beckham's Summer with Sir Elton John

Meanwhile, Brooklyn skipped the Beckham family's annual summer getaway aboard their £16 million yacht for the second consecutive year after severing ties with his parents and siblings.

Instead, earlier this month, Brooklyn joined his godfather Sir Elton John, 79, aboard the musician's yacht off the French coast.

On Saturday, Brooklyn and his wife, American actress Nicola Peltz, were seen chatting on deck with the singer and his husband David Furnish, 63.

The Beckham family and Sir Elton have been friends for more than 30 years, with David affectionately calling the musician "Uncle Elton" after the pair became friends during his football career.

Sir Elton appeared to pledge his allegiance to Brooklyn and Nicola as they enjoyed lunch together aboard his yacht.

Tattoo Modifications and Family Cover-Ups

On Tuesday, Brooklyn revealed that his tattoo tribute to his estranged mother Victoria has almost completely gone, taking to social media to share an updated floral cover-up.

Brooklyn previously had the words "mama's boy" written across his left chest back in 2018.

Brooklyn first began covering up the inking last summer, revealing the initial results during a Glamour magazine photoshoot, before recently updating the design with artwork believed to depict his wife's bridal bouquet from their 2022 wedding.

The updated ink comes as Brooklyn has covered over several other family tattoo tributes amid the high-profile feud.

He erased a large anchor tattoo featuring the word "Dad" on his upper right arm, alongside a design marking "1975", referencing David's year of birth.

The anchor tattoo is now partially covered with a series of non-descript shapes and a star, while David's birth year is no longer visible.

The aspiring chef, who has had a bitter falling out with his famous family, previously had 'mama's boy' written across his left pec in 2018

Brooklyn still carries a handwritten tattoo reading "love you Bust", short for Buster, the nickname his father gave him as a boy, though the writing appears faded and lasered compared to previous years.

Brooklyn retains his "brotherhood" tattoo on his right leg, as well as a ballerina design on his calf honoring his 15-year-old sister, Harper.

The "brotherhood" tattoo matches inkings that his brothers Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 21, received in 2023 after visiting fine line tattoo artist Pablo, who uses the online username Certified Letter Boy.

While Brooklyn and Romeo placed the design on their legs, Cruz had it inked on his hand.

Brooklyn previously had his siblings' names tattooed on his fingers, but recent images show those have also been covered up.

Public Rift and Social Media Statement

Brooklyn publicly cut ties with his family in a scathing social media statement in January, declaring that he has no plans to reconcile with his parents David, 51, and Victoria, 52.

In his statement, Brooklyn accused his parents of controlling him for most of his life and attempting to drive a wedge between him and his wife Nicola.

Brooklyn further claimed that David and Victoria left him embarrassed when his mother danced inappropriately with him during the first dance at his wedding.
