Mingau was shot in the head in Paraty (RJ) in September last year
The musician remains stable and is expected to undergo further surgery in the coming weeks.
“Thank God his condition is stable, so in the next few weeks he will have to undergo a cranioplasty to place a prosthesis in the area of the bone destroyed by the injury and to be treated. After that he will go to a rehabilitation clinic and the prognosis is good”He explained.
Mingau was shot in the head in Paraty, Rio de Janeiro, in September 2023, when he was inside his car and was shot. The suspect in the shooting was arrested by police in the Ilha das Coroas neighborhood, the same neighborhood where the attack in Mingau occurred following an anonymous tip.
