Joker 2: everything we know about the musical with Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga

It’s not a clown joke: ‘Joker 2 – Delirium A Two’ will be a musical. One of the most anticipated films of 2024 already has a release date and promises to surprise the public. For this reason we have separated all the important information about the sequel to “Joker” (2019).

So far we know that the story will not be based on any DC Comics comic. Even though we know that ‘Joker 2’ will be a musical, Warner Bros. hasn’t released many details about the plot. However, we can expect many secrets from the dangerous relationship between Joker and Harley Quinn.

The title “Joker 2: Delirium for Two” (or “Joker 2: Folie à Deux”) suggests that the plot shows more about the couple. This is because the term refers to a mental condition in which two people share the same psychiatric diagnosis. In this way, Harley Quinn and Joker will have to experience moments of hallucinations together.

Like “Joker” (2019), the film will be rated for people 18 and older in the United States. This is because the film contains scenes of violence, inappropriate language, sexual content and partial nudity.

With forecast of preview for October 2024, “Joker 2” has a strong cast. This is because Joaquin Phoenix continues his excellent role as Arthur Fleck, the Joker. Additionally, Lady Gaga enters the plot as Harley Quinn, the main character’s love interest. Finally, Zazie Beetz, Brendan Gleeson, Catherine Keener, Jacob Lofland and Steve Coogan have also been confirmed, without confirming their respective roles.
