Streaming service Prime Video has released the first teaser trailer for the second season of action thriller series The Terminal List, starring Chris Pratt.
The upcoming eight-episode season is scheduled to premiere on October 21, 2026, with all episodes released simultaneously on the platform.
Reece begins the second season as a fugitive hiding from law enforcement following the killings he committed in the first season. However, he is later presented with an opportunity to clear his name if he agrees to resume working for the government.
The series centers on Navy SEAL James Reece, who became the sole survivor of his unit after a secret mission ended in a deadly ambush. After returning home, Reece uncovered a clandestine conspiracy involving domestic political elites and drew on his special operations expertise to personally track down and eliminate those responsible at the highest levels of power.
Pratt, who gained international fame as Star-Lord in Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy and Owen Grady in the Jurassic World franchise, leads the cast as Reece.

Audience Hit and Critical Reception
The Terminal List premiered on Prime Video in the summer of 2022 and quickly became a major hit among viewers despite receiving mixed reviews from television critics. Amazon officially renewed the action thriller for a second season in early February 2023.

Critics received the prequel series far more positively than the flagship show. The Terminal List: Dark Wolf holds a 7.5 out of 10 score on IMDb, a 75 percent critic approval rating and an 80 percent audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, and a Metacritic score of 66 out of 100, which corresponds to generally favorable reviews.
