Gabriela Guillén is preparing to publish her memoirs before the end of the year, detailing her past relationship with Spanish singer Bertín Osborne.
The book is scheduled to appear in bookshops in December if all goes according to plan, offering what Guillén described as an unfiltered account of their romance and everything that followed.
Guillén said she is not afraid that the release will ruin her current relationship with Osborne, despite acknowledging that some of her revelations might upset him. She clarified that the two are on good terms at the moment, but noted that if certain details bother him, that is his problem.
Memoir details and December release
Speaking about the upcoming release, Guillén said she feels very excited about the project and hopes readers will be able to get to know her better. She explained that the book will tell the whole story, explaining how their relationship began and how she has managed to remain standing today.
Guillén also reflected on how the public has treated her, stating that people had previously placed her on a tombstone because that was often how she felt during the controversy. She insisted that time says many things and described it as her best ally, adding that time always demonstrates the lies or the truths that have been told about her. She said she now needs only peace, tranquility, and patience while waiting for the book to come out.
The author warned that the memoir will contain many surprises and predicted that there will be denials from both sides once it is published. She stressed that she has never appeared before a camera to tell lies, explaining that she simply intends to share what she felt and lived without holding back.

Public scrutiny and paternity dispute
Osborne, whose full name is Norberto Juan Ortiz Osborne, is a prominent Spanish singer and television personality. Born into an aristocratic family, he rose to fame in the 1980s as a romantic crooner and performer of traditional rancheras, before becoming one of Spain's most popular television hosts on entertainment and interview shows.
Guillén, an aesthetician and businesswoman who runs a beauty clinic in Madrid, first met Osborne when they took part in a promotional clothing campaign together. Their relationship quickly drew intense interest from Spanish celebrity media, which intensified significantly when news broke that Guillén was pregnant with his child.
The birth of Osborne's youngest son in early 2024 triggered months of heated debate on Spanish television and in weekly magazines, amid legal proceedings over the child's paternity. Osborne initially made controversial public comments distancing himself from fatherhood, but the two later issued a joint statement confirming his paternity and agreeing to resolve their differences peacefully.
Personal recovery and fresh start
The memoir announcement marks the start of a new chapter for Guillén, who recently debuted a complete change of look. She revealed that she had previously hit rock bottom during the height of the media storm, explaining that her physical health had given her a serious warning before she decided to rebuild her life.
With the book scheduled to arrive on shelves in December, Spanish media commentators and readers are waiting to see how the revelations will be received. While Guillén maintains that her relationship with Osborne is stable for now, the publication of the memoirs will soon put that peace to the test.
