Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of tapioca gum
  • 50ml of vegetable milk

Filling

  • 1/2 cup(s) of chopped heart of palm
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons of ground almonds
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced seedless tomato
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the filling and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, for the dough, mix the gum with the vegetable milk (or puree) and pour into a pan.
  3. Wait a few seconds until the dough is firm and then spread the filling on half of it.
  4. Fold the tapioca in half
  5. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of cold vegetable milk
  • 5 washed strawberries

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the strawberries and then remove the leaves
  2. Beat the milk and strawberries in the blender
  3. Serve immediately.

Tip: For an extra sweetness, this recipe can also be served with sugar to taste!

Ingredients:

  • 16 tablespoons of hydrated tapioca gum

Filling

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1/2 chopped red pepper
  • 2 diced aubergines
  • Salt and oregano to taste
  • 2 cups lettuce (chopped)

Method of preparation:

  1. For the filling, heat a frying pan with olive oil over medium heat and saute the onion and bell pepper for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the aubergines, season with salt, oregano and saute until golden brown
  3. Turn off and set aside to cool
  4. Meanwhile, for the tapioca, sprinkle 4 tablespoons of starch into a medium nonstick skillet, covering the entire bottom
  5. Bring to low heat for 3 minutes and turn the dough over, leaving another 3 minutes.
  6. Proceed in the same way with the rest of the tapioca.
  7. Divide the eggplant-lettuce filling among the tapiocas and fold in half.
  8. Serve immediately.

  • 700 g of chopped strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups (tea) sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (tea)
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange zest (optional)

Method of preparation:

  1. In a pan mix all the ingredients
  2. Bring to a low boil and cook for 25 minutes, after boiling or until reduced and slightly thickened.
  3. Let it cool, put it in a compote and then put it in the fridge for 1 hour
  4. Serve with bread and biscuits.

  • 250 g of soft wheat flour
  • 30 g of sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 480 g of water
  • 40 g of vegetable oil

Method of preparation:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender (liquid first, then dry ingredients)
  2. Open the lid and check if it is necessary to scrape the walls of the glass with solid residues. If you don’t need it, the dough is ready.
  3. With the help of a ladle, pour the mixture into a non-stick pan with a little vegetable oil.
